Come to the Mariposa to view our new exhibit! From the Social Justice Collaborative Quilts Project come 20 quilts by men living out their lives in “Angola” prison in Louisiana. These expressive works, plus recorded interviews tell the story of a unique inside-outside collaboration helping us focus on the humanity of people often forgotten by society while looking at the history of the U.S. criminal justice system.
